The Eagle Springs community is home to three picturesque lakes that offer a change of scenery, pace and habitat. With a tiered waterfall and bridge as the focal point, Lake Magnolia is a peaceful retreat. Set along the shores of Lake Montage, an English Garden and pavilion are connected by a quaint pedestrian bridge to a Nature Wall and The Island Club. And the best way to enjoy Meadow Lake may be to just sit on a bench surrounded by thick groves of trees for some bird watching.

At first glance, the Eagle Springs® community is a tranquil oasis populated by groves of trees. Upon closer look, you'll realize there's a hive of activity under the canopies of branches. In summer months, you'll hear splashes and laughter from the pools. There's recreational play year round on the fields. And neighbors gather together for picnics and events at the clubhouse.
