Eagle Springs grand opens 8 new models this spring
Eagle Springs, a wooded master-planned community in the Humble Independent School District, is celebrating the grand opening of 8 new decorated model homes in March. This brings to 16 the number of decorated model homes now open in this 1,360-acre community, where new homes are priced from the $130,000s to $500,000s overall.
Among the new models now open are two models by M/I Homes, the community's newest homebuilder.
M/I Homes is now selling new homes priced from the $400,000s to
$520,000s in Eagle Springs' Beringer Place at Lake Magnolia
neighborhood. Plans ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 square feet are
offered on 80- and 90-foot wide homesites in this lakefront
neighborhood.
M/I Homes is also offering new homes from the $260,000s to
$290,000s in Preston Village, a neighborhood of 65-foot homesites
in Eagle Springs. Plans range from 2,400 to 3,750 square
feet.
Founded in 1976, M/I Homes is publicly traded on the New York Stock
Exchange under the symbol MHO. One of the nation's leading
homebuilders, M/I Homes currently builds in 10 additional markets,
mostly located in the Midwest and Eastern United States.
M/I Homes' new plans for Eagle Springs emphasize traditionally
styled exteriors with lots of stately curb appeal. With steeply
pitched rooflines, these one- and two-story plans blend timeless
materials such as stone, brick and stucco. Inside, the plans
emphasize dramatic volume spaces such as soaring foyers and
wide-open family rooms.
The M/I plans combine high-design details with functionality and
flexibility. A rotunda-shaped foyer in one plan, for example,
creates a memorable first impression while also providing easy
access to several different rooms off the foyer. One plan has a
master suite closet with a secret door to the laundry room,
providing for convenience while preserving the suite's
privacy.

park. Other amenities include The Island Club, offering a
resort-style swimming pool, along with numerous parks and miles of
greenbelt trails.
Eagle Springs is benefitting from two recent mobility projects,
including the opening of the Sam Houston Tollway Northeast between U.S. 5
North and Highway 90, and the widening of Will Clayton Parkway from
U.S. 5 North to Wilson Road. Both projects have shaved significant
time off of commutes for residents.
