Humble Realtor touts Eagle Springs schools, amenities in Houston Chronicle profile
In a Houston Chronicle article headlined "Community surrounded
by strong schools," Realtor Amy Rocka touted Eagle Springs' Humble
ISD schools as a major advantage for residents in this wooded
1,360-acre community.
Although Rocka lives in nearby Atascocita, her oldest daughter
attended both of Eagle Springs' onsite elementary schools, Eagle
Springs and Atascocita Springs.
"I have been extremely pleased with the help and guidance of the
teachers," the article quoted Rocka as saying. "They seem to really
care there; it's not just their job. I think that has to do with
the whole community and the Humble schools."
An agent with Keller Williams Realty Northeast, Rocka also touted
the high academic standards of Timberwood Middle School and
Atascocita High School, which are also zoned to Eagle
Springs.
"They have a huge sense of community" at Eagle Springs, said
Rocka, who cited annual events such as the Easter Eggs-travaganza,
the July 4th, the Christmas celebration and annual garage
sale.
Rocka added that the total lifestyle package offered by Eagle
Springs holds great appeal for homebuyers. She described amenities
including the Eagle Springs Athletic Club and Sports Complex, miles
of greenbelt trails and numerous parks.
