After your kids graduate from high school, they can continue their education within about 10 miles at nearby Lone Star College - Kingwood, a two-year, comprehensive community college dedicated to meeting the needs of a rapidly changing world. Thanks to great access to Highway 59 and Beltway 8, students can easily access other colleges and universities throughout the Houston area like the prestigious Rice University - often called the Harvard of the Southwest, the University of Houston, the University of St. Thomas, Houston Baptist and many others.
