*The Texas Education Agency (TEA) and the State Board of Education guide and monitor activities and programs related to public education in Texas. The TEA assigns accountability ratings to Texas schools. Accountability Rating: This refers to the district and campus ratings assigned by the 2009 state accountability system. Districts and campuses are evaluated on performance on the TAKS, completion rate and annual dropout rate. Possible ratings are: Exemplary, Recognized, Academically Acceptable, Academically Unacceptable, Not Rated: Other, and Not Rated: Data Integrity Issues.

The Eagle Springs® community offers a quality education for your children right in the neighborhood. Your little ones will be close to Eagle Springs Elementary School, located smack dab in the middle of the community. Atascocita High School is just outside the borders of the community, and Timberwood Middle School isn't far either, just across Atascocita Road. Atascocita Springs Elementary School will open in Eagle Springs in 2010. After-school programs seem to never stop, keeping students active, helping to fuel their minds and bodies.
